针对工程机械回转机构能耗大的问题,分析了四配流窗口轴向柱塞液压马达实现回转执行机构能量回收方法的原理。物理样机实验对泄漏和内部接触应力研究存在一定困难,且样机试制成本高、周期较长。鉴于以上情况,提出一种机液耦合仿真分析实验方法。通过AMESim和RecurDyn共同联合搭建仿真平台,得到四配流窗口轴向柱塞马达对应于不同工况下柱塞副、滑靴副间的的瞬态应力应变。仿真结果表明,四配流窗口轴向柱塞马达结构设计合理,并验证了联合仿真方法的可行性,为后续结构改进优化提供参考依据。 相似文献

Over the last two decades, chaotification has received increasing attention from various communities of science and engineering. This paper aims at developing a unified chaotification framework for generating desired higher‐dimensional dissipative hyperchaotic systems by using a single‐parameter controller. The main idea is to use a block diagonal matrix in the design of the nominal system, so as to construct a desired hyperchaotic system. Specifically, the proposed scheme is to assign desired closed‐loop poles to the controlled system, allocating the corresponding numbers of eigenvalues with positive real parts at two types of saddle‐focus equilibria. For the non‐degenerate case, the number of positive Lyapunov exponents of the controlled system is given by the largest number of positive Lyapunov exponents of the desired hyperchaotic system. Two representative examples are given to illustrate and verify the proposed design method. Finally, the digital signal processor is employed to implement the above 10‐dimensional hyperchaotic systems, and the experimental observation is also given. 利用高温气冷堆专用系统分析软件THERMIX程序,对球床模块式高温气冷堆(HTR-PM)失冷失压和失冷不失压事故的动态特性进行了研究,分析了堆芯功率、燃料最高温度及堆舱水冷壁余热载出功率等关键参数的变化过程,并对影响余热排出功率和燃料最高温度的不确定性进行了评价.研究结果表明,在失冷事故下,堆芯余热可通过热传导、辐射和自然对流等非能动方式传至最终热阱大气,燃料元件和压力容器等重要部件的最高温度均在设计限值内.这为HTR-PM保持模块式高温气冷堆固有安全性不变的同时实现单堆250 MW的功率方案奠定了基础,也为后续高温气冷堆电站示范工程进一步的深入设计研究提供了依据. 相似文献

Abstract Improved robust CMAC control schemes are proposed for tracing dynamic trajectories in this paper. There are two main structures in the proposed control schemes: one is the robust controller and the other is the improved CMAC network. The robust controller technique can achieve a certain goal without concern for instability of the controlled system in the presence of significant plant uncertainties if the nominal parameter is roughly estimated. Next, in order to reduce the tracing error, a suitable nominal parameter needs to be chosen. Thus, the improved CMAC learning approach under the robust control structure, using the concept of credit assignment, will be employed to determine control variables that can trace other states repeatedly during control processes. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the capability of the proposed control schemes to trace dynamic trajectories. 相似文献

Input shapers with time delays have proved useful in many applications related to controls for various oscillatory devices, for example flexible manipulators and cranes. In the paper, a novel approach for designing a zero-vibration signal shaper based on equally distributed delay is proposed. The parameter assessment of the shaper is based on the spectral approach. Various characteristics of the shaper are analyzed and compared with the classical zero-vibration shaper with a lumped delay. The analysis shows that the novel shaper is a slower, but more robust alternative to the classical shaper. Besides, the discrete implementation of the shaper is proposed and tested. It includes zero placement based parameter adjustment with the objective to preserve full compensation of the oscillatory mode by the discrete algorithm. 相似文献

This paper describes the implementation of the Refined Triggering Graph (RTG) method for active rule termination analysis and provides an evaluation of the approach based on the application of the method to a sample active application. The RTG method has been defined in the context of an active-deductive, object-oriented database language known as CDOL (Comprehensive, Declarative, Object Language). The RTG method studies the contents of rule pairs and rule cycles in a triggering graph and tests for: (1) the successful unification of one rule's action with another rule's triggering event, and (2) the satisfiability of active rule conditions, asking whether it is possible for the condition of a triggered rule to evaluate to true in the context of the triggering rule's condition. If the analysis can provably demonstrate that one rule cannot trigger another rule, the directed vector connecting the two rules in a basic triggering graph can be removed, thus refining the triggering graph. An important aspect in the implementation of the method is the development of a satisfiability algorithm for CDOL conditions. This paper presents the tool that was developed based on the RTG method, describing how techniques from constraint logic programming are integrated with other techniques for testing the satisfiability of rule triggering conditions. The effectiveness of the approach within the context of a sample application is also addressed. 相似文献
